The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Handle core department functions including room’s reservations, PBX and front of house guest requests coordination.
Enhance the guest experience and eliminate the many touch points between guests and the various departments of the hotel.
Remain consistently knowledgeable about Four Seasons' core standards and service culture at all times.
Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail.
Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.

THE REQUIREMENTS are simple:

Fluency in English is required
EU citizenship is required
