Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking airline clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with various inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about airline services, policies, and current promotions.
Document all customer interactions carefully and maintain organized records.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance overall customer experience.
Stay informed about industry news and developments to offer knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with customer service tools and software (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
