In this role, you will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to craft and execute marketing campaigns, develop content, and contribute to our overall marketing strategy.Job location: Athens, GreeceKey Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.

Conduct market research, collect consumer behavior data and identify trends and opportunities for Dentstore's products and services.

Collaborate with the Global marketing team to develop compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

Create engaging ad copy and effectively brief creative teams on the creation of visual materials.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and ensure their optimization.

Create actionable marketing reports and presentations on key metrics and insights.

Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media profiles.

Help coordinate and participate in promotional events and trade shows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create advertising materials.

Updating and maintaining brand standards to ensure all marketing materials are according to company guidelines.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Good understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.

Great understanding of advertising aesthetics and user experience principles

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads platform, social media ad dashboards and email marketing tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and results orientation.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Excellent use of the Greek and English language

Basic Adobe Photoshop, Canva, InDesign and Illustrator skills are considered a plus
