Job DescriptionOur Values: Trust | Respect | Team spiritOur secret: Our people who make the difference with their integrity and competences!Senior Presales Engineer | Full-time contract | Athens - GRWe are looking for a highly motivated Senior Presales Engineer to join our presales team for EU Institutions and International Organizations. As a Senior Presales Engineer you will focus on growing ICT business, by developing solutions and collaborating actively with vendors and customers.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will become part of the ICT team for EU Institutions and International Organizations, and will:

Support lead of presales effort, including:
Participate actively in vendor management and financial negotiations, as well as in customer communication and risk management, taking into consideration the commercial strategy.
Analyze and comprehend the customers' requirements described in the form of RFIs/RFPs.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs by preparing technical offers and contributing to financial offers while ensuring that cost elements, risks and profitability targets are met.
Collaborate with internal working groups (sales, delivery, procurement, recruiting, legal) to achieve all the above.
Guide and actively participate in the design and development of software solutions, as part of a delivery team, in alignment to the needs of the business and external customers.

Job requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field;
At least two (2) years of experience in Presales and BID Management in minimum one of the following sectors: European Institutions, Industry, Energy & Utilities, Finance;
Advanced business and technical communication skills - can lead conversations and propose solutions to align technical value to client's business needs;
At least five (5) years with hands-on experience in software architecture and development;
Experience in drafting technical offers and contributing to financial offers;
Knowledge of latest advances in application and cloud development;
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) in English (Level C1) ;
Ability to establish relationships of trust and to negotiate with clients and partners;
Ability to lead and work effectively in a virtual team environment;
Ability to prioritize and manage time productively;

In addition, possessing any of the following skills is considered a strong plus for the candidate:

Knowledge of the IT market and major ICT Vendors;
Experience with procurement procedures and processes of EU Institutions, International Organizations, or Public Institutions.
