Our major offices are in Sweden (HQ), Canada, Greece, India, Poland with the Athens office being one of the largest, hosting around 580 employees working from the center of Athens for the rest of the world.Join us and start as Team Leader – Accounts Payable in the Accounts Payable team!Position SummaryWe are looking for Team Leader to lead the team of Accounts Payable to the next level of company’s evolution journey. The Team Leader of Accounts Payable will report to the Manager of Accounts Payable and Banking. Located in our Athens office, the role will also have close collaboration with our teams located in Sweden, India, and Canada. The ideal candidate has a proven record in multinational companies managing teams, has an eye for detail and is passionate about process optimization and new technologies.Responsibilities

Perform a full range of leadership responsibilities for the Accounts Payable team which may include interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, and developing employees, promoting their prospective growth.
Lead the team in delivering high-standard services to the Group (ie. Monthly closing, year-end closing).
Responsible for the P2P accounting processes and tools to ensure all AP flows are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Be the point of contact for all relevant inquiries for our global team, auditors and vendors.
Perform monthly aging analysis, vendor reconciliations and data analysis.
Propose system automations to strengthen and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of current and future procedures.
Participate in the ongoing establishment of compliance, accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g. CMA, ACCA) will be considered a plus.
Successful track record in leading and managing teams.
Working experience of 5+ years in a multinational environment.
Strong communication skills. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Experience in AP processes automation.
Analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of procedures end to end.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
