- Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility
- Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt's products and implementing the recommended planograms in all customers of his/her coverage, in line with the recommendations for each brand as well as in line with 3D (Detailing - Distribution - Display)
- Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt's name and products
- Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities in order to deliver monthly volume objectives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure a long-term business growth and customers' loyalty
- Collaborate with eCommerce team to build growth on e-pharmacies.
- University Degree is a must / Master's degree will be considered as an asset
- Experience as a Sales Representative would be considered as desirable, not mandatory
- Fluency in Greek and English
- IT literate - understanding of MS Office
- Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
- Driving License
