Job Description A leading manufacturer of advanced lithium-ion battery cells, is seeking an experienced Process Manager to oversee all aspects of the battery cell manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 8+ years managing complex battery cell production operations, with expertise spanning the full manufacturing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize the entire battery cell production process, including cell formation, assembly, formation, testing, and packaging * Continuously analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to implement process enhancements and troubleshoot issues * Develop and maintain robust standard operating procedures, process control plans, and quality systems to ensure consistent, high-quality output * Monitor key performance indicators and production metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership * Lead a team of process engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management * Partner with equipment vendors and automation providers to integrate new technologies and optimize production workflows * Ensure strict compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field * Minimum 8 years of direct experience in battery cell or other advanced electrochemical manufacturing operations * Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and control for battery cell production * Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies * Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience interfacing with cross-functional teams * Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment * Fluency in English required knowledge of Greek language a plus
