PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is currently seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team on a project for public sector.Responsibilities:The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and transforming business processes across various sectors. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting detailed assessments of current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Designing and implementing efficient business processes that align with organizational goals.
Support the adoption of digital transformation tools (e.g., ERP, RPA) within financial operations
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Developing process documentation, including flowcharts, manuals, and reports.
Monitoring and measuring the performance of implemented processes using relevant metrics.
Providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Process Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling and methodologies.
Experience with process improvement tools and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
