- Lead Training Team: Manage and lead a dedicated team of trainers, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of programs under the specific Line of Business.
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with Operations Managers to develop and implement tailored training programs for contact center personnel in line with business needs.
- Global Learning Collaboration: Act as a liaison with the Global Learning Team, supporting the development and delivery of global learning solutions specific to the designated line of business.
- Program Management: Oversee the coordination of training programs and the learning experience for adult learners within the assigned area.
- Support Development Initiatives: Contribute to development programs within the line of business, focusing on individual and team growth.
- Team Support: Provide support to Operations Managers in the identification of skill and knowledge requirements, utilizing various learning methods, including mentoring and coaching.
- Training Class Facilitation: Conduct training classes, ensuring effective communication of complex topics tailored to the specific needs of the designated line of business.
- Evaluation and Data Analysis: Develop and utilize evaluation tools to collect and interpret data, assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively pursue opportunities for self-improvement and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Close collaboration with Operations Managers and focus on the efficient coordination and delivery of training initiatives within the specified line of business.
- Advanced level of English skills (C1)
- Solid understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners
- Strong understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet)
- Proven client relationship skills (internal and external)
- Well-developed consultancy skill
- Delivering and facilitating learning and development interventions
- Ability to design and evaluate learning material
- A strong problem solver and researcher with the emotional and intellectual resilience to make key decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate as it is an office based position in Athens, Greece
