- Leadership and Team Management: Train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring a high level of performance and service standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience by anticipating guest needs, addressing feedback promptly, and maintaining high service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting and financial performance, including monitoring costs, maximizing revenue, and implementing strategies to meet targets. Prepare regular reports on sales and productivity.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement promotional activities to enhance restaurant visibility and attract guests.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in a high-end dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
