Support reporting (according to the closing schedule) and account reconciliation processes
Lead all GL transitions in Greece
Responsible for the tax accuracy and timely submissions
Support of Accounting & Compliance Manager in statutory and tax-related activities, including coordination of tax and statutory audits, closing calendar
Supervise accounting treatment of judgmental transactions
Coordinate external and internal audits
Take E2E ownership for the accuracy & correctness of the books
Manage the end to end month/quarter/year end processes for transacting, closing and reporting the Group accounts including control and reconciliation of the general ledger
Ensure accounting rules are applied for financial accounts in compliance with corporate standards and secures integrity of financial systems and the financial operating model
Support of Accounting & Compliance Manager to prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
Master's degree Accounting / Finance will be considered as an asset
5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG
