Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Develop and grow the business in the assigned area, driving sales, distribution, profitability, and category management.Build and nurture long-term, win–win customer relationships based on trust and mutual respect.Act as the key interface between customers and all relevant internal divisions.Define and execute annual customer plans, including sales forecasts and category development (core range & NPDs).Lead annual negotiations and ensure implementation of agreed trading conditions.Manage customer portfolio P&L, budgets, trade investments, and related reporting.Identify new business opportunities (“white spots”) and ensure effective onboarding of new clients.Support the sales team and cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree3-5 years of FMCG Area Management experienceStrong knowledge & understanding of business areas, customers & competitorsGood understanding of the overall sales processes including other fields (marketing/finance/supply-chain) and Area Management relevant processesSolid understanding of client P&L and strategies for activationGood understanding of key financial figuresAvailability to TravelThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
