Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized environment in the kitchen following and always maintaining Hygiene standards
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction through the production and preparation of food
Follow the standard recipes at all times
Professional attitude and appearance

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: The ideal candidate for Sous Chef will have the following:

Knowledge of English
Knowledge of HACCP procedures
Diploma of a culinary school will be considered as a plus
Proven experience as Cook in 5* hotels
