- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized environment in the kitchen following and always maintaining Hygiene standards
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
- Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction through the production and preparation of food
- Follow the standard recipes at all times
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures
- Diploma of a culinary school will be considered as a plus
- Proven experience as Cook in 5* hotels
