If so, this is the chance to apply now! 📥Job purpose:As a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager at our company, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing growth strategies that enhance our brand's online presence, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and analytics teams to experiment with new growth hacks, analyze data, and optimize performance across all channels.Duties and responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to acquire new users and retain existing ones.
Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to track performance and identify areas for growth and optimization.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve user experience.
Knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior to tailor personalized marketing strategies.
Regularly monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives to stakeholders.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Required skills and qualiﬁcations.

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business analysis, Mathematics or Economics
5+ years of proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Performance Marketing, or similar role in a digital landscape with a track record of driving user growth and engagement is a must.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Experience with A/B testing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and PPC campaigns.
Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail
