Develop and maintain risk management solutions, leveraging advanced technology and methodologies.
Design, develop, and implement risk assessment models and decisioning systems to support various business processes.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management systems.
Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders, including risk analysts, business users, and IT teams.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate third-party risk management solutions, as needed.
Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development activities to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain audit compliance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and methodologies through innovation and automation initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to risk management and leverage this knowledge to enhance our risk technology infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience in software development, with a focus on risk management or financial services industry.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, as well as experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Fluent verbal & written English communication skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
