- Identifying organizations and individuals to spot new business opportunities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and needs in well-being, and providing guidance to our solutions
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Strengthening PULSO Group service offering to meet the needs of the Greek market
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Monitoring and managing contracts
- Providing feedback and improvements for the sales and marketing process
- Providing timely and accurate reports to the management team, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
- Setting up new business models
- Creating new partnerships
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
- Solid experience in Human Resources, Health Management or Well-being at Work (at least 5 years of experience)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Strong experience in business development and sales skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time productively
- Excellent networking skills and established network of contacts
