• Provide responsive support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to support service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on company policies and customer service best practices to ensure knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
