  • Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to turn role requirements into real-life talent
  • Design sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards - think networks, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Screen and interview candidates to find the perfect fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and data through our ATS and recruitment tools
  • Represent our brand at job fairs and events, making a great first impression
  • Support onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from offer to start date
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience team to elevate the candidate and employee journey
  • Share new ideas, improve processes, and help us raise the bar in hiring
As Talent Sourcing Specialist, You Need…
  • A Post-Graduate Degree in HR but if not, no worries-your skills and experience are what count
  • A degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience - we care about what you can do)
  • 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Strong command of English (bonus points for any other European Language)
  • Experience with ATS platforms and general office tools
  • Adaptability and the ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly
  • A sharp sense of organization and ownership - you keep things moving
  • Great communication and people skills to build strong relationships
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for getting the right match
