The successful applicant will join a dynamic commercial team active in construction projects across Greece and Cyprus, focusing on strategic sectors such as hospitality, industrial, residential, commercial, and educational developments.The role requires a proactive approach to identifying upcoming construction projects, mapping key stakeholders, and positioning the company's product portfolio (materials, systems, equipment) as the preferred solution for each project's specific needs.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally within a construction equipment, HVAC and building materials supplier, development company, or real estate project environment, is required.The key prioritised skills are:a) strong project tracking and stakeholder mapping,b) ability to evaluate and prioritise projects based on commercial and strategic value,c) effective communication with investors, engineers, and contractors,d) solid understanding of the construction and real estate market, ande) results orientation.Παροχές:
