Our goal is to bring in the critical data into our Global Data Platform and make it available via Data marketplace for broader adoption of the platform and democratize data. We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about data and who enjoy building data solutions from the ground up and/ or migrate from existing data platforms. Also be equally comfortable working with business partners to understand requirements as you are developing and delivering robust solutions that meet the highest standards. Last, thrive and excite to learn new technologies and working in the cloud.Responsibilities:

Analyze and certify data
Troubleshoot data issues
Promote data quality
Work directly with the business and developers to document requirements and technical specifications and lead the delivery of key projects for our Data Marketplace.
Translating business requirements to achievable epics and user stories for technology teams.
Be the key liaison between the product owner and technology teams.
Lead reporting initiatives, delivering solutions from inception to reporting submission while working within budget and timelines
Share your ideas and manage data related projects end to end that influence how we incorporate, validate, and distribute data enterprise-wide.

This role involves a balanced split between hands-on work (Python, SQL) and work liaising, advising, and guiding Chubb's internal teams to onboard to our Data Marketplace platform and to adhere to the platform's standards.Qualifications:Qualifications

At least 4 years' worth of experience as a business or data analyst (or similar), in an operational environment.
Working proficiency in Python (focusing on data-analytics stack) and SQL
An eye for detail, excellent communication skills and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to work with multiple teams globally.
Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.

Bonus points for:

Experience with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB or CosmosDB)
Data modelling and dimensional design
Insurance or financial services domain knowledge
