- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UK market, including prospecting potential clients, attending trade shows, and networking events
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts, utilizing market insights and competitive analysis
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and sustainable partnerships
- Coordinating all internal departments involved in creating the goods/services that are to be delivered to the customers. The internal departments are mainly the following: Quality Assurance, Logistics, Creative.
- Order processing - ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs
- Often travelling to European destination
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Approximately 4 years-experience in export sales or key account management
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to establish and earn personal trust from the clients
