Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Spa Therapy, Aesthetics).
Previous experience in a similar position/department in 5-star hotel establishments.
Certification for specific therapies will be considered an additional asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Thorough understanding of spa products and techniques.
Proficiency in English.
