- Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise stewarding employees, ensuring they adhere to resort standards and policies.
- Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, including cleaning agents, detergents, and equipment.
- Assist in preparing and managing the stewarding department budget.
- Work closely with other departments, including culinary, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
- 3 Years' experience in 5-star hotel and/or large banquet and event areas.
- HACCP accreditation.
- Fluent in the English language. Greek, or Arab are desirable.
- Competency in Windows including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, menu management, inventory control and Event Management software.
- Experience working with large groups of employees from various cultural backgrounds.
