Are you passionate about sales and customer service?Are you ready to join a fast-growing international team and kickstart your career?ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leadingmultinational telecommunications company, is looking for Customer Care Support - German Speaking to join their successful Greece team.📍 Location: Hybrid inThessaloniki🕘 Working Hours: Flexibleshifts between 08:00 and 12:00, Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week with 2 days off🛑 Sundays and public holidays(according to the German calendar) are always offWhat will you do:You will be responsible for supportingincoming customer requests, addressing inquiries related to products andservices, and guiding customers toward the most suitable plans based on theirneeds. Part of your role includes accurately logging all customercommunications and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.More specifically:

Handle in-bound customer inquiries regarding accounts and telecom services
Build rapport with customers tounderstand their interests, assess their needs, and determine suitable serviceor product recommendations that support potential sales
Provide personalized suggestions fornew services or plan upgrades, always approaching interactions with acustomer-focused and sales-driven attitude
Maintain accurate records of allcustomer conversations and follow-up actions in the internal system

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Prior experience in a similar positionis considered an asset
Excellent German language skills(written and spoken)
Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Office)
Friendly, courteous, and professionalcommunication style
Reliable and able to work independentlyto ensure excellent customer service

Base monthlysalary of €1,250 with additional performance related bonus and incentives of upto € 1,000€
