The setting blends high-end elegancewith relaxed sophistication, accompanied by a resident DJ who curates soulfulsounds to complement the views, the ambiance, and the food.Blu is seeking for: Head WaiterDuties and Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the service team to ensure smooth and elegant dailyoperations.
Provide exceptional, anticipatory service to guests in line with luxuryhospitality standards.
Oversee table assignments, reservations, and service flow during peak dininghours.
Ensure clear communication between service and kitchen teams for timely andaccurate service.
Train, coach, and motivate wait staff to deliver consistent and elevatedguest experiences.
Assist guests with food and wine selections, offering confident menu andpairing recommendations.
Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and discretion.
Uphold the visual presentation and cleanliness of the dining area at alltimes.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and inventory checks.
Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.

Qualifications / Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Waiter or senior service staff in afine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and modern service techniques.
Professional, elegant presence with strong communication and leadershipskills.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure.
Passion for guest experience, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
