- Supervise and lead the service team to ensure smooth and elegant dailyoperations.
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service to guests in line with luxuryhospitality standards.
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and service flow during peak dininghours.
- Ensure clear communication between service and kitchen teams for timely andaccurate service.
- Train, coach, and motivate wait staff to deliver consistent and elevatedguest experiences.
- Assist guests with food and wine selections, offering confident menu andpairing recommendations.
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Uphold the visual presentation and cleanliness of the dining area at alltimes.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and inventory checks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Waiter or senior service staff in afine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and modern service techniques.
- Professional, elegant presence with strong communication and leadershipskills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure.
- Passion for guest experience, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
