LMW is seeking a talented Front Desk Officer on behalf of a Greek Pharmaceutical company located in Polydendri, Attica, Greece. The company manufactures both sterile and non-sterile products and is focused on exports worldwide. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day office tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and office supplies Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new appointments Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings Greet and welcome guests and clients upon arrival Provide basic information about the company and its services Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Ensure that the place is always remained clean and presentable Handle and resolve guest and client inquiries and complaints Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Assist with other duties when needed Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or front desk role Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field Fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional appearance and demeanor Personal traits Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Παροχές: The company offers a competitive remuneration package along with a clear vision to establish a strong presence in a fast-growing pharmaceutical environment.
