Junior Regulatory Compliance Officer

• Policy & Process Development: Drafting internal policies for regulatory applications and licenses, and collaborating with the contracts team on operational procedures.
• Licensing: Assisting with preparing and submitting license applications and supporting the acquisition and maintenance of licenses.
• Supplier Information Management: Maintaining internal records and tables with all required supplier information post-signing.
• Compliance Analysis & Monitoring: Conducting multi-jurisdictional compliance assessments and monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Regulatory & Certification Support: Assisting with regulatory reporting, inquiries, and periodic compliance certification works.
• Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with Legal, Operations, Product, and Information Security teams to implement compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in the iGaming sector.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with compliance management systems is beneficial.
