WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an experienced Bid Executive to join the Sales team. The main activities of the successful candidate will include:

Preparing, structuring and handling bids' / proposals' material in response to requests (RFPs /RFQs/ RFIs and Public Tenders)
Collaborating with WINGS stakeholders (e.g., sales team, product managers), as well as external partners and organizations
Handling the tender submission process within appropriate deadlines, following up proposals & deals
Maintaining documentation and company’s public sector certificates up to date
Supporting the tailored proposals and quotations in terms of drafting and editing sections of offers.

RequirementsEducational requirements:

Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree in Electrical Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technologies, Computer Science or other related field.

Necessary skills:

3-5 years of industry experience in proposal/ tender handling roles
Excellent knowledge of the submission process in ESIDIS platform (National Electronic Public Procurement System)
Understating of technical proposal writing aspects and solution implementation lifecycle
Technology skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Other Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communicational skills in English
Native or fluent Greek, oral and written

Strong sense of accountability and ownership of actions
Effective time management & prioritization
Agility, enthusiasm, and self-motivation

Nice to have skills:

Experience in public sector and digital government projects will be considered a strong asset
