Responsibilities Provides immediate assistance to guests as requested Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints Interacts with customers on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement Conducts annual performance appraisals with direct reports according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Attend the daily morning meetings and other administrative sessions Assists as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members Qualifications Hospitality Degree or similar Previous related experience Strong knowledge of MS Office Excellent organizational, supervisory, customer service skills.
