Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from guests
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
Proven experience as front desk receptionist in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry and front desk operations
English & Greek Language is a must.
