Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain thorough records.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry changes and airline information to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
Fluent in Finnish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
