- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics with a major in Human Resources Management or any other numerical degree
- First experience preferably in a Human Capital Management consulting role, ideally within an international work environment
- Experience with job architecture, career frameworks, job levelling, work strategy or skills organization will be preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills, fluency in Greek and English.
- First Project Management skills will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high quality written work and to analyse data effectively.
- Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done.
