We are driven by passion for our consumers and customers & care for our people and the environment, while enjoying life & daring to dream and pioneer.Right now, we are looking for a passionate and data-driven oriented Data & E-Commerce Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Athens, who will be able accountable for preparing, analyzing and transforming collected quantitative and qualitative data into insights, in line with business needs for e-commerce, in order to enable fact-based commercial decision-making. Furthermore, s/he supports the Media Team on iDDM campaign design, set-up, and ROI measurement so that as AB can generate insights, leverage marketing and communication technology to deliver customized communication to the right consumers, at the right time, in the right place, in the right content - to ultimately drive increased sales.Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify local measurement approach based on available data sources and prepare structured/unstructured large data sets for testing and modelling purposes.
  • Determine potential sales impact following agreed framework and using available benchmarks.
  • Drive and own in-flight optimization based on preliminary sales results.
  • Capture outcomes of and generate insights on local iDDM campaigns. Share within global iDDM community to enable best practice learning.
  • Increase local analytical capability by further improving existing analytical models and applications.
  • Sort through existing data to pull out and communicate the important points in relation to the business issue & prepares structured reports for internal consumption for e-commerce.
  • Mines existing and historical data for deeper market understanding of e-commerce channel.
  • Gather requirements and design reports/custom sales analysis tools for Marketing & Sales.
  • Deal with e-commerce KPI Measurement and Reporting & determines potential sales impact following agreed KPIs.
  • Capture outcomes from BTL campaigns and connect them with brands' performance combine media and sales activation data.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor degree preferably a in data analysis, marketing, business, statistics or economics. A Master's degree will be considered an additional asset.
  • 5+ years of working experience in similar roles as Data Analyst.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail or Agency will be considered as asset.
  • Excellent data-mining skills including tools like PowerBi and advanced XL, SPSS.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical tools/methods and experience in data analytics. Ability to process large amount of data to extract insights - i.e. Correlating factors, Statistical Differences, extrapolation, estimations.
  • Working knowledge in statistics and using tools like R and Python.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written & oral).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation and interpersonal Skills.
  • Attention to Detail, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
  • Results Orientation & Ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently.
  • Time Management and organizational skills.
