- Develop the annual plan for the social events segment, including sales strategies, revenue targets, and detailed action plans.
- Monitor and analyze segment performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve budget goals and maximize profitability.
- Implementation of the action plan
- Organize and participate in sales initiatives such as entertainment of wedding planners, FAM trips, site inspections, bridal shows, and trade fairs.
- Act as the key point of contact on site for trade partners.
- In coordination with marketing team ensure that online wedding materials and platforms are updated. Maximize the return of investment in digital platforms.
- Stay informed on trends and market developments and accordingly adjust the action plan
- Prepare the contracts and ensure accuracy of the blocks in the system.
- Handover confirmed events, including all relevant details, to the Groups and Client Experience Manager for the execution.
- A minimum of two years in a hotel sales role within a luxury hotel brand. Experience in the predefined markets is necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) / Graduate Degree (MA/MSc) Business, Psychology, Tourism / Other -Law, Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Greek a plus)
- Experience in event execution and social event sales
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Opera PMS
- Strong multitasking, time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations.
- Able to work under pressure and without supervision, from remote locations, in different time zones.
- Ability to travel.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, peer groups, internal employees, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain/adhere to company Brand Standards, Policies & SOPs.
