- Document the clients’ requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
- Install and troubleshoot software solutions
- Conduct software testing
- Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
- Create training materials
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
- Provide continuous support on software solutions
- Create technical documentation on project’s deliverables
- University/College degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Business Administration
- At least two years of experience in payroll consulting and client support for payroll solutions
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
