The ideal candidate has gained experience in HR processes and payroll, is organized, and can handle various administrative tasks on time.This is a chance to be part of a rapidly growing team in a company that is changing the food delivery landscape and be able to influence, execute, and see the impact of your work at the end of the day.What you’ll do:Be responsible for keeping Workday system fully updated and work on the ongoing development according to emerging needs by making recommendations for system improvementsCollect on a monthly basis all the data related to employees’ payroll and inform the payroll teamProvide guidance to HR AdminsBe the point of contact for Delivery Hero for every Global project regarding People SystemsProvide support and respond to employees regarding HR-related inquiriesStay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliancePrepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports upon requestsWhat you‘ll need:At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations role(s)BSc preferably in Accounting or Human ResourcesAdvanced knowledge of labor lawsHands-on experience with an HR Software (Workday knowledge will be considered a plus)Experience in Payroll preparationHigh level of attention to detail and numerical literacyExcellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritizeStrong phone, email, and in-person communication skillsComputer literacyPeople-oriented personality, approachable, good listenerGood sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentialityHighest levels of integrityWhat we offer:If you are happy, we are happy!
