- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to develop effective yield management strategies.
- Optimize pricing and inventory availability on all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking channels.
- Utilize revenue management systems to forecast occupancy, optimize pricing, and maximize overall revenue.
- Conduct revenue meetings regularly with sales and reservations teams to drive alignment on pricing and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners, negotiating contracts as necessary for favorable terms.
- Prepare and present reports on revenue performance, market analysis, and strategies to senior management.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in revenue management, implementing relevant strategies to enhance performance.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of property operations to identify opportunities for revenue maximization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in yield and revenue management in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software.
- Excellent understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
