In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of risk areas, ensuring that our organization maintains stability and meets its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and have the adaptability to respond to an evolving business landscape.Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and monitor risks across different areas;
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures;
Conduct risk assessments and create risk reports for Senior Management and relevant Committees;
Prepare regulatory risk reports to ensure compliance with regulatory framework;
Support the automation and improvement of risk monitoring and reporting processes.

2+ years of experience in a risk management role within a financial institution or as a consultant in the financial services sector;
AI literacy: Ability to work with and adapt to AI-powered tools;
Strong understanding of IFRS9;
Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., COREP, FINREP) is highly desirable;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek;
Ability to adapt to new situations in a fast-paced environment.
