- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to recognize their needs, promoting their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
- Meeting short-term / long-term sales and revenue goals following team’s KPIs, preparing offers and managing administrative procedures of sales processes (offer tools, invoices, letters of credit, communication with accounting etc.) based on ABB’s state’s guidelines.
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support will be beneficial
- You are at ease communicating in Greek & English language
- Highly adept in MS Office tools (e.g. excel, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus
- Strong communication and Negotiation skills
