- Meet or exceed quarterly quota objectives, generate business leads to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth in Greek Gov/Public sector market.
- Executing on direct business development, and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
- Develop new Accounts in the assigned Territory and prepare corresponding Business Plans.
- Maintain a high level understanding of Huawei Enterprise solution and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to articulate, define and execute creative strategies to grow Huawei Enterprise business in Gov/Public Sector and penetrate new Accounts in this sector.
- Manage overall business development and sales process from pre to post-sales.
- Populate and maintain a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.
- Create and maintain effective partner relationships with partner principles located in assigned territory.
- Solid account manager or related account sales experience in Greek ICT Gov/Public sector customers
- Accumulated solid knowledge, practice, account and partner resources in Greece (such as the electric power, construction, and broadband industries)
- Understand the ICT industry and have experience in successfully operating big projects.
- Broad knowledge of main industry standard technologies is required (Network, DC, Storage, Virtualization solution etc.)
- Must have exceptional selling, presentation and technical skills with a passion for driving Partner & End-User activity across their region in order to exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrated working experience with Partners of Gov/Public sector industry to build strategic and cooperative sales campaigns together.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Greek.
