- Deliver technical support on-site and remotely, handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service activity, complaint handling, and field reports.
- Provide technical training and support to biomedical engineers and clinical users.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote service contracts and upgrades.
- Identify service-related growth opportunities during customer visits.
- Participate in technical training, share best practices, and support colleagues regionally.
- Degree or diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Medical Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of field service experience in medical or healthcare technology sectors.
- Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical devices.
- Fluent in Greek and English; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and service documentation; remote support experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel around 25 up to 50% domestically and occasionally within the region; valid driver's licence.
