At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.Smith+Nephew is hiring an Field Service Engineer - Growth.We are looking for a skilled and service-minded Field Service Engineer - Growth to join our team in Greece. In this role, you'll not only provide technical support and preventive maintenance but also contribute to customer satisfaction and commercial success. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, you'll help ensure the reliability of our devices while supporting service-related business growth across the region.What you will be doing?

Deliver technical support on-site and remotely, handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure accurate documentation of service activity, complaint handling, and field reports.
Provide technical training and support to biomedical engineers and clinical users.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote service contracts and upgrades.
Identify service-related growth opportunities during customer visits.
Participate in technical training, share best practices, and support colleagues regionally.

What will you need to be successful?

Degree or diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Medical Technology, or related field.
5-8 years of field service experience in medical or healthcare technology sectors.
Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical devices.
Fluent in Greek and English; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and service documentation; remote support experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel around 25 up to 50% domestically and occasionally within the region; valid driver's licence.
