- Handle complimentary bookings
- Review and check all reservation coming via 3rd party for designated requirements and requests
- Ensure that reservations on a prepaid scheme are fully paid
- No show, cancelation fees, Pay Masters accounts
- Handling reservations enquiries via email-phone to ensure revenue maximization and proper customer service
- Ability to maintain/adhere to company Brand Standards, Policies & SOPs
- Ability to operate hotel systems (Opera,Micros,Etc) & other software and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team
