Costa Navarino is seeking for a capable, outgoing and flexible Reservations Trainee. The successful candidate needs to assist the Revenue Team in providing an efficient and friendly Reservation’s service, and to maximize revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets. This entry level position aims to provide assistance with admin tasks within the department. Reconciliation of online reservations through various channels, handling of complimentary bookings and follow-up inquiries on general information.Duties/Tasks
  • Handle complimentary bookings
  • Review and check all reservation coming via 3rd party for designated requirements and requests
  • Ensure that reservations on a prepaid scheme are fully paid
  • No show, cancelation fees, Pay Masters accounts
  • Handling reservations enquiries via email-phone to ensure revenue maximization and proper customer service

  • Ability to operate hotel systems (Opera,Micros,Etc) & other software and computer skills
