- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages
- Certification from a bartending school or mixology course (will be an asset)
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to create and innovate new cocktail recipes
