Brand Manager

• Implement the pre-defined marketing strategy for assigned brands, ensuring effective execution of ATL, BTL, and digital activities.
• Monitor market share, category trends, and competitive activity, preparing reports for the Head of Marketing while providing actionable insights.
• Manage the annual activity plan and digital campaign calendar in collaboration with agencies, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support and execute marketing activities, including promotional activities, TV/radio/digital campaigns, and traditional marketing and offline communication initiatives.
• Coordinate the labeling process for products in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with monthly budget monitoring and control.
• Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews for the Marketing team.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, actively contributing new ideas and insights to the team.

• 1-2 years of experience in a Brand Manager or Marketing Assistant/Coordinator role within FMCG. Experience in the food industry is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Familiarity with SAP will be considered an additional asset.
• Strong ability to analyze market data, sales figures, and complex reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within a complex brand portfolio environment.
• Team player with effective communication skills and adaptability to the needs of diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to travel abroad based on business needs.
