- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Run market research and find possible leads to build a strong sales pipeline within your assigned territory (German and Austrian market)
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Review and update CRM status with significant information and sales actions
- Analyze data to improve sales approach across the sales process
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerge market opportunities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales within overseas markets will be considered a plus
- Fluency in German and English language (at least C1 level)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker

- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly
