The responsibilities of this HR Generalist include:

Supervision and assistance to the implementation of HR functions
End to end recruitment process
Managing hiring/termination process
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Identifying and developing internal talent for future leadership roles
Coordinating and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills
Managing HRMS system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports
Developing and enforcing HR policies in compliance with legal standards.

The ideal candidate for this HR Generalist position should have:

university/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
excellent command verbal and written of the English language
very good knowledge of Ms Office

ability to communicate professionally
interpersonal skills
strong work ethic and sense of integrity
excellent time management skills
flexibility
