- Present and sell educational programs to prospective students and their families, providing personalized guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Manage and collect students’ monthly tuition fees, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of financial obligations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop proposals that enhance the organization's position in the education sector.
- Analyze market trends and developments in the educational landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured and professional services environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
- Previous experience within an educational institution, particularly in student admissions or program promotion.
- Training in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
- Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with adaptability to various personality types.
