Job Title: Digital Account Executive Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have an understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Responsibilities: This hands-on role will involve: Directly liaison with clients / suppliers / internal teams as required to get various components of a project completed on time Assisting Senior Account Manager in preparing pre – sales presentations and analysis, sourcing data and completing pre call research as requested Managing social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Monitoring social media trends, insights, and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Supporting the execution of all aspects of the client digital project Building rapport with day-to-day client contacts through good project management and consistent project updates and delivery Supporting new business development as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. At least 1-year in a relevant position Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. Experience with crisis management and reputation monitoring on social media platforms is a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
