As a Procurement Specialist you will report to Procurement Manager and your main duties will be to:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs and requirements
Manage bidding activities, evaluate offers and negotiate value
Develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Manage suppliers (SRM) for various categories
Follow up orders and Support invoice reconciliations
Analyze data and prepare reports

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Specialist should have:

BA degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any other Engineering field
Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English

strong negotiation skills coupled with strong communication skills
ability to engage and work closely with internal and external partners
strong analytical and problem-solving skills

At least 2 years’ of procurement / supply chain experience
Experience in the managem
