- Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the Dutch-speaking market.
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and networking to generate leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales data to report on performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and a track record of closing deals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with sales analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when necessary.
